Few simple rules

  • Okay everyone, listen to this..Put your hands together like you're going to wash up face. Imagine that there is a plate. Look at the size of that imaginary plate. THAT IS THE QUANTITY OF ONE MEAL. No more then that.. Three meals a day with two snacks is enough. Choose fruits for snack or dark chocolate, that will give you energy. Avoid artificial sweeteners...
    Never eat after 7 PM, and NEVER SKIP breakfast! 😉
